We are a group of people who are focusing on helping people of non-British origin to get accustomed with living in the UK since 2016. From 2019 we have registered as a CIC in order to provide full transparency about our good work – previously we have been working as Community Groups known as „Building Better Cheltenham, Building Better Worcester and Building Better Evesham” – but as our initiative grows bigger and bigger, its time to take the next step in the exciting journey of helping people settle in their new home .

Contizens are people! Through our daily work, we help a person of non-British origin to get used to living in the UK. We have been providing this type of activity since 2016 and we have been operating as a CIC since 2019. so far we have been closely involved in the creation of groups and projects such as „Building Better Cheltenham, Building Better Worcester and Building Better Evesham”
Currently, our organization consists of 3 CIC managing directors, volunteers and specialists who provide services depending on the type of groups and activities in a given project.
Our overall goal is to accompany the people of our community to take the next step on the exciting journey of living in the UK. Our help includes both -> legal and tax consultancy, help in starting your own business in Great Britain, learning English, assistance with formalities related to benefits, pensions, inquiries from state authorities. But also providing assistance during individual accounting consultations, life coaching, conducting development workshops and assistance in career development.
We make a permanent change in people’s lives – by supporting a new group of people in professional and qualifying decisions. We try to reduce the sense of isolation, stigma and discrimination – by joining a group, contact with similar people and their barriers, overcoming language and cultural barriers.

Obecnie naszą organizację tworzy 3 dyrektorów zarządzających CIC, wolontariusze oraz specjaliści wykonujący usługi w zależności od rodzaju grup i działalności w danym przedsięwzięciu.
Naszym ogólnym celem jest towarzyszenie ludziom z naszej społeczności w zrobieniu kolejnego kroku w ekscytującej podróży jaką jest życie w Wielkiej Brytanii. Nasza pomoc obejmuje zarówno -> doradztwo prawne i podatkowe, pomoc w rozpoczęciu własnego biznesu w Wielkiej Brytanii, Nauka angielskiego, pomoc przy formalnościach związanych z zasiłkami, emeryturami, zapytania organów państwowych. Ale i także świadczenie pomocy podczas indywidualnych konsultacji księgowych, life coachingowych, prowadzenie warsztatów rozwojowych i pomoc przy rozwoju kariery.
Dokonujemy trwałej zmiany w życiu ludzi – poprzez wsparcie w decyzjach zawodowych i kwalifikacyjnych w nowym gronie osób. Staramy się zmniejszyć poczucie izolacji, stygmatyzacji i dyskryminacji – poprzez przyłączenie się do grupy, kontakt z podobnymi ludźmi i ich barierami, pokonywanie barier językowych i kulturowych.
